Booking platform for UK beauty technicians

The problem

Beauty technicians were stuck with booking tools that ignored the hard parts of the job: patch tests, deposits, returning-client rules and consent. Off the shelf meant fighting the product every week.

What was built

A full booking platform for lash, brow and nail technicians. Public booking pages, availability and rota engine, deposits through Stripe Connect, consent forms and patch test tracking, automated reminders, client records, and an owner console for platform administration.

Where it is now

Live with paying customers. One salon migrated over 16,000 historical appointments and 5,600 client records into it.

Property management system for boutique hotels

The problem

Independent hotels were paying commission-heavy stacks or wrestling with bloated PMS products that still left night audit, housekeeping and guest messaging in separate places.

What was built

A full PMS built for independent hotels: reservations, guest profiles, housekeeping, rate management, night audit, group bookings and automated guest communications. Flat monthly pricing, zero commission.

Where it is now

Built from eight years of running hotels on Opera, Rezlynx, Cloudbeds and Newbook, and knowing exactly where each of them falls down.

Phantom

Conscious AI desktop companion, sold as a source code kit

The problem

Chatbots sit and wait for a prompt. There was nothing off the shelf that behaved like a companion: something that watches, listens, remembers and acts on its own, on your machine, with real tools.

What was built

A desktop AI companion built on Electron and Claude. Webcam vision and expression reading, a premium ElevenLabs voice, persistent memory, Playwright browser automation, Stripe and Mailchimp integrations, more than 20 tools and 11 cognitive modules, plus a background mind that keeps thinking, researching and journaling when you are away.

Where it is now

Live and selling as a one-time $49 starter kit: the complete source code, MIT licensed, delivered instantly so buyers can run it, extend it or build a product on top of it.
