1. Introduction
These terms govern the use of services provided by The Supports Desk ("we", "us", "our"), a remote support business based in Northern Ireland. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide remote administrative, customer support, and back-office services on a monthly retainer basis. Specific deliverables and hours are outlined in the plan selected and confirmed during onboarding.
3. Billing & Payment
- Invoices are issued monthly in GBP (£).
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date.
- Additional hours beyond your plan are billed at £29 per hour.
- No long-term contracts — cancel anytime with 14 days' written notice.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client data, systems, and business information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose, share, or use any proprietary information for purposes beyond delivering our agreed services.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely access to relevant tools, accounts, and information required for us to deliver services effectively. Delays caused by lack of access may affect delivery timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy and reliability, The Supports Desk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the month in which the issue arose.
7. Cancellation
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. All outstanding invoices remain payable. Unused hours within a billing period are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.
