What happens if I go over my hours?
No stress — overflow hours are billed at £29/hour. We'll always flag it before going over so you stay in control of costs. No surprise invoices.
Do unused hours carry over?
Hours don't roll over month to month. But if you're consistently under, we'll proactively suggest downgrading your plan. We'd rather you be on the right plan than overpaying.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade any time — changes take effect the following month. Growing businesses shift plans all the time, it's totally normal.
How does communication work?
However works best for you. Email, WhatsApp, Slack, Loom, Notion — we adapt to your existing tools. Most clients use a shared channel or thread so everything stays in one place.
What's included in the weekly report?
A clear breakdown of: tasks completed, time spent, issues flagged, and priorities for next week. Think of it like a status update from someone who genuinely cares about your business.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Every plan runs month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days notice. We earn your business every month — that's how it should be.
