Services

What I build.
How I price it.

Four areas of work, fixed scope, fixed price. You deal with me directly from the first call to launch.

01

Booking and scheduling platforms

The hard parts, done properly.

Availability logic, deposits, reminders, staff rotas, cancellation rules, client records. The pieces most off-the-shelf systems get wrong, especially if your business has returning clients, patch tests, consent or deposits that need to land in the right account.

Reminders and cancellation rules
Client records and consent tracking
02

Internal operations tools

The dashboard your team will actually open.

I pull from the systems you already use and surface the numbers that matter. Replacing the spreadsheet three people maintain badly with something that updates itself and matches how the floor really works.

03

Mobile apps

iOS and Android from one codebase.

Booking apps, storefronts, and internal tools your staff use on the floor. Built once, shipped to both platforms, designed around the real constraints of a phone in a busy shift.

Offline-friendly flows where needed

Ongoing support

I built it, so I keep it running.

Monthly retainers for maintenance, changes and the things that break at inconvenient times. You get the person who wrote the code, not a ticket queue.

Pricing

Straight answers about money.

Most projects land between £2,500 and £8,000, fixed price, agreed before anything starts.

Smaller pieces of work, an integration, a dashboard, fixing something that is already broken, usually £500 to £1,500.

Ongoing support retainers from £150 a month.

I will give you a number on the first call. If your budget and the build do not match, I will tell you then rather than three weeks in.

Built with tools that hold up in production.

React, TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase and Stripe are the core stack. I pick what fits the job, not what looks flashy in a proposal.

FAQ

Questions I get on every call.

How much does a project cost?

Most projects land between £2,500 and £8,000, fixed price, agreed before anything starts. Smaller pieces of work, an integration, a dashboard, fixing something that is already broken, usually £500 to £1,500. Ongoing support retainers start from £150 a month.

How long does a build take?

Most builds ship in weeks, not months. You get a timeline alongside the fixed price before work starts, and because the scope is fixed, the timeline holds.

Do you only work with businesses in Northern Ireland?

No. I am based in Ballymena and work with businesses across the UK. Calls are remote, and everything I build is delivered and supported online.

Who owns the code when the project is finished?

You do. The code, the data and the accounts are yours. You are buying a system, not renting one, and there is no lock-in if you ever want someone else to take it over.

What happens when something breaks after launch?

I built it, so I fix it. Support retainers from £150 a month cover maintenance, small changes and the things that break at inconvenient times, and you deal with the person who wrote the code, not a ticket queue.

Will you tell me if I do not need custom software?

Yes, on the first call. If an off-the-shelf product would serve you better, I will say so and point you at it. A custom build that should have been a £30-a-month subscription helps nobody.

Not sure what you need?
That is what the call is for.

Fifteen minutes. I will tell you honestly whether custom software is the right answer.
